Every piece is made to order, so we can't offer refunds for change of mind. If the fit isn't right, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement in the correct size, free. You don't need to return the original. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items get a replacement or refund.
How warm is shearling?
Genuine shearling provides excellent natural insulation, making it ideal for cold-weather conditions.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Every piece is crafted in 6-8 days, then arrives 1-2 weeks after dispatch, about 2-3 weeks in total. Shipping is free, and taxes and duties are included.
