Shearling has always been the jacket people admire and then walk past. Warm, timeless, and built to last decades, but priced like a luxury item, often well over $1,000 at the big fashion houses.
We wanted one for ourselves and kept hitting the same wall. You either paid a luxury markup, or settled for imitation shearling that looks fine on the hanger and falls apart in a season. Where was the real thing at a fair price?
When we dug into it, the answer was simple. Most of what you pay at a luxury label goes to distributors, wholesalers, retail rent and heavy marketing, not to the jacket itself. Very little reaches the sheepskin, the stitching or the craftsmanship.
So we built Elite Sheepskin to close that gap. We sell directly to you, skip the middlemen, and put the money back into the product. Real sheepskin, properly made, at a price that makes sense.
We also didn’t want to stop at price. Off-the-rack sizing never fits everyone, so every jacket is made to your measurements. You send us your numbers, and your piece is hand-cut and made just for you, the way bespoke tailoring used to work.
Shearling shouldn’t be a luxury reserved for a few. It should be something you can own, wear for years, and pass on.
